IN CHARACTER
PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Will tolerate innocent gestures from people she likes, such as touches on the arm or shoulder, potentially up to hugs (though she probably won't return them). Much less tolerant of touch from strangers and disliked people. Attempts to touch her non-politely will likely cause her to preemptively grab the other party's arm or (if she really dislikes this person) more forceful acts like neck grabs and wall slams.
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Your character is welcome to try, though please discuss with me beforehand if you want a result other than her dodging. Note that she has extremely good reflexes (think Ultra Instinct from DBZ) and can dodge most precision attacks from "normal" sources like guns and point blank strikes. She's also quite tough, especially at her arms where her skin is black; she can catch blades swung at her with little effort. Please also note that if attacked, she may retaliate with full force and intent to kill.
RELATIONSHIPS: Sure, though I like to let things play out organically rather than plan ships from the get-go. A relationship with Arlecchino may be tricky. Due to her curse, she's very careful about maintaining emotional distance. Rarely, she might indulge in brief physical relationships to work urges out of her system, but any actual romance would leave her feeling unstable and she would be quick to nip those feelings in the bud. At most, she might accept the kind of low-key romance where no one says the important stuff out loud. I play her as a female-leaning bisexual.
PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: Via Neuvillette: "I believe I've told you before that my emotions easily resonate with those of others. Yet, in the few meetings I've had with that Harbinger, I haven't been able to sense any aspect of her emotional state. Her mind is like a still body of water — who knows what darkness lies in its depths, and the lack of ripples on the surface gives nothing away. It's unclear whether this is her natural state of being, or whether it's an incredible strength of will that gives her the ability to master her emotions. Either scenario, however, suggests she is a very dangerous individual."
MAGICAL INFORMATION: She bears a curse inherited through her bloodline. It grants her bloodfire, which corrodes her flesh; in exchange, she's granted great strength and the ability to manipulate that bloodfire as both a flame and more tangible objects such as weaponry and silk. She's sometimes haunted by faint voices, colors, and spirit-like manifestations. More details on her info page under "abilities."
MEDICAL INFORMATION: Playing with in-game mechanics a bit, I'll say she can be healed normally out of battle, but her body resists healing when fighting; because she uses her bloodfire as a weapon, she doesn't want all that blood sucked back into body mid-combat... On the upside, she can heal herself by sucking all that blood back into her body.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS
VISUAL: Her crimson decussated eyes with their intense gaze are frequently the first thing noticeable about her. Her black hands with their subtle tattoo-like patterning and sharp colored nails are a close second. She has formal posture, a stately walk, and is always well-dressed and composed. Always wears pants with dangerous high heels. She has a long ponytail with crimson highlights at the end.
AURAL: Calm, smooth, precise enunciation. Sometimes emotive, but only to make a point. Cutscene with extended dialogue.

OPT-OUT
Arlecchino's background and motivations heavily involve the mistreatment of children. This includes abuse, trafficking, experimentation, and death. While Arlecchino herself is staunchly against harming children, she does use them in canon as spies and can be strict, even harsh in training them; she's essentially raising them to be child soldiers. It's very unlikely that Arlecchino will bring these subjects up out of the blue, but there's a possibility that they'll come up in game events.
If you would prefer that these subjects come up in a limited capacity or not at all when threading with Arlecchino, please let me know! She's encountered some very real atrocities involving children, and it is a core part of her character.
